So, we all know that Kate was going to go on vacation in Greece with James, riiight? So what could go wrong? Well, she is taking a vacation with the god of mischief. It wouldn't have hurt her to doubt for just a minute.
So James and Kate supposedly get 'lost' and run into a couple of Henry and Walter's old friends....or is that age-old enemies?
Pollux and Castor, who are now Lux and Casey, are already on the bad sides of nearly every god and goddess... Except James.
This novella is really about all the flaws of the gods. Kate has been idolizing them and she needed to wake up from that stupor... Thank you, James.
This book was perfect, especially to prepare for the next book in the series. This starts Kate on getting out of the state of mind where all gods are perfect and stuff. I liked this novella. It also gave more insight into the gods and goddesses and more of who they really are. It showed the impact Kate is having on them. I liked it, but not a whole lot.
I give this book 3.5 out of 5 stars.
